e-learning news in brief – Marconi Corporation has announced a three-year e-learning contract withSkillSoft after trialling its MultiModal Learning solution (MML). The programmecombines Marconi’s own bespoke e-learning content with Skillsoft’s generic ITand business e-learning and Books24x7 referenceware. SkillSoft will deliver thelearning in five languages via its portal SkillPort 6. www.skillsoft.com– i10 is a collaboration of 10 east of England universities, including theUniversity of Cambridge, which are combining to deliver free, bite-sizede-learning courses on business innovation. Other universities involved includeAnglia Polytechnic University, the Open University and the University ofHertfordshire.
